Terms of use

These terms govern your use of Virillio LLC’s website and account services. The downloaded Virillio Code application is also governed by its app license. Our privacy notice explains how account information is handled.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep sign-in credentials secure, and use only accounts and connected services you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact hello@virillio.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Do not use the services unlawfully, access other people’s accounts or data without permission, distribute malware, or interfere with the service. Do not bypass account authorization or impersonate another person. These restrictions do not limit rights granted by applicable law or third-party open-source licenses.

Your work and connected services

These terms do not transfer ownership of your files or projects to Virillio. You must have permission to use the content and services you connect. AI output may be incorrect or unsuitable; review proposed code, commands, and changes before relying on them. Connected providers have their own terms and may charge you for their services.

Availability and account access

The initial Virillio Code release requires a free account. No paid plan is required by these terms. Services may change or become temporarily unavailable. Virillio may restrict account access to address unauthorized use, security incidents, or material violations of these terms.

Warranty and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
